After mobile verification creates the account, you are redirected to /user/settings. That page shows the required account-security steps for email verification and creating a secure password.
It is a technology platform for marriage-oriented biodata discovery and controlled contact. The platform does not guarantee any person, family, information, relationship or marriage outcome; users and families must independently verify important claims.
Only persons legally eligible to use the service should do so and obtain family/guardian consent where required. Legal eligibility, consent and marriage capacity remain the user’s responsibility.
One verified email address or one verified phone number may be used for one account. Attempts to create multiple accounts using alternate formatting may be restricted.
No. Never share OTPs, passwords, PINs or complete payment credentials; Support will not ask for them. Loss caused by voluntarily sharing credentials may remain the user’s responsibility.
No. Admin approval is a publication/review step, not a complete background check of identity, age, marital status, character, religious practice, education, employment, income, assets or suitability for marriage.
Verify identity, marital status, family, education, employment, address and other important claims through appropriate documents and reliable sources. Do not rely only on information displayed on the website.
No. A connection is only a digital entitlement to view controlled contact details. It is not an endorsement, verification, guarantee or safety certification.
Be cautious about requests for advance payments, investments, gifts or urgent transfers. Do not send money without independent verification; stop contact and report suspicious requests.
Inform family or a trusted person and meet in an appropriate safe setting. Personal safety, travel, location sharing and meeting decisions remain the responsibility of users and families.
No. Marriage, compatibility, family consent or future outcomes are not guaranteed. Decisions must be based on the independent judgment, verification and consent of the people and families involved.
The card on /user/dashboard shows how many distinct accounts have favorited/shortlisted your biodata. The same account is counted only once for the same biodata.
Your own visits are not counted. For another logged-in account, at most one view is counted within each 24-hour period for the same biodata. The dashboard shows total, last 30 days, last 7 days, and today.
In the self-deletion flow, enter the phone number registered to your spouse’s Jannater Sathi account. After the OTP sent to that number is verified, the biodata/account is deleted and the same couple is counted once in Total Successful Marriages.
Admin deletion provides three reasons: marriage completed through Jannater Sathi, marriage completed through family, and no longer interested in marriage. For the first reason, the other party is identified using a phone number, email address, or biodata number.
If the other valid account is identified, the pair is stored once as a verified marriage. The Total Successful Marriages count is reflected on the home page and /admin/ dashboard. The same account pair is not counted twice.
The Delete Archive may retain limited common information such as name, email, phone, biodata number/type, marital status, age/birth information, location, education, profession, economic status, and relevant guardian/contact details. For a marriage recorded through Jannater Sathi, common snapshots of both parties may be retained.
In self-deletion, selecting marriage completed through family or no longer interested requires deletion confirmation but is not added to successful-marriage statistics. Admin deletion is a separate administrative flow.
It only saves a biodata for your own reference. It is not a proposal, consent, guaranteed interest or confirmed match.
Use Block/Report for harassment, suspected fraud, inconsistent information, inappropriate contact or safety concerns and provide verifiable evidence where possible. Any action is subject to platform review and applicable policies.
The uploader is responsible for obtaining required permission and publication rights. The platform does not accept responsibility for unauthorized submissions except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Check the order status and payment-provider confirmation. Provider delays, downtime, reversals or settlement times may be outside the platform’s direct control. Contact Support with the order/transaction ID if funds were charged.
Once a digital benefit is credited, activated or used, there is generally no automatic refund. Verifiable duplicate charges or specific technical errors may be reviewed under the Refund Policy; no refund outcome is guaranteed.
Operational account/biodata data may be deleted or deactivated, while limited records may be retained for successful-marriage deduplication, the Delete Archive, security, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, backups, or legal obligations.
No. Reasonable safeguards may be used, but no internet system can be guaranteed risk-free. Users also remain responsible for protecting credentials, devices and information they choose to disclose.
Those services may be operated by independent providers under their own terms. Responsibility for provider downtime, delays, policies, processing or failures outside the platform’s direct control is limited to the extent permitted by law.
