Using a connection to view guardian/contact details is only a digital access feature. It is not approval of the person or family’s safety, truthfulness or suitability.
Do not share unnecessary addresses, identity-document copies, financial information, account credentials or confidential documents. Verify progressively when appropriate.
Never give Jannater Sathi Support, Admin or another user your OTP, password, card secret, mobile-banking PIN or recovery code.
Do not send money for private loans, advances, gifts, investments or emergency transfers without independent verification. Report suspicious requests.
Inform family or a trusted person and meet in an appropriate safe setting. Travel, location, personal safety and meeting decisions remain the responsibility of users/families.
Your dashboard shows how many distinct accounts have favorited your biodata; the same account is counted once for that biodata. For biodata views, your own views are excluded and the same viewer account is counted at most once within 24 hours.
Favorites/Shortlists are saving tools and compatibility scores may be technical estimates. They are not proposals, consent, guarantees or final matches.
Block or report harassment, inappropriate contact, suspected fraud, inconsistent information or safety concerns. Provide the biodata ID, messages, dates and relevant evidence when possible.
Check the package, connection count, payable amount, coupon discount and payment method before paying. Choosing the wrong package or changing your mind does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Check the Order/Purchases status. Wait for provider confirmation if delayed. If funds were charged but service was not credited, contact Support with the order/transaction ID.
There is generally no automatic refund after a digital connection/package is credited or used. Duplicate charges or specific verified technical errors may be reviewed under the Refund Policy; outcomes are not guaranteed.
In self-deletion, select the truthful reason from the three options. If you choose marriage completed through Jannater Sathi, verify the OTP sent to your spouse’s registered phone; the verified pair is counted once. The other two reasons do not increase the successful-marriage count.
When an admin permanently deletes a user account or biodata, the same three reasons are available. For marriage through Jannater Sathi, the other account is identified by phone/email/biodata number; the same pair is counted once in Total Successful Marriages on the Home and Admin dashboards.
After account/biodata deletion, a limited snapshot may be retained for administration, successful-marriage deduplication, security and audit, including name, email, mobile, biodata number/type, marital status, age/birth data, location, education, profession, economic status, and relevant guardian/contact details. For a Jannater Sathi marriage, common snapshots of both parties may be retained.
Use a strong password, secure device and trusted network. Log out on shared devices. No internet platform can guarantee 100% security.
SMS, email, hosting, analytics, Google Play or payment gateways may be independent service providers. Their downtime, delays, settlement or policies may be outside the platform’s direct control.
