শর্তাবলী
Jannater Sathi ব্যবহার, account তৈরি, biodata জমা, contact information unlock, payment বা অন্য কোনো feature ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি এই Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy এবং প্রযোজ্য নিয়ম মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। প্ল্যাটফর্মটি বিয়ের উদ্দেশ্যে পরিচিতি, biodata discovery ও controlled contact সহজ করার প্রযুক্তিগত মাধ্যম; এটি কোনো matchmaker, investigator, identity-verification agency, marriage adviser বা কোনো user-এর প্রতিনিধি নয়।
১. Registration ও account security
Registration-এর final mobile verification-এর পর account তৈরি হলে user-কে Account Settings-এ পাঠানো হতে পারে, যেখানে email verification এবং password creation সম্পন্ন করতে বলা হবে। নিজের email/mobile ব্যবহার, account তথ্য সঠিক রাখা এবং OTP/password/PIN গোপন রাখা user-এর দায়িত্ব। অন্যের account ব্যবহার, credential sharing, impersonation বা verification bypass নিষিদ্ধ।
২. কোনো guarantee বা endorsement নেই
কোনো biodata, admin approval, badge, match score, Favorite/Shortlist, contact unlock, successful-marriage count বা অন্য feature কোনো ব্যক্তির পরিচয়, বয়স, বৈবাহিক অবস্থা, চরিত্র, ধর্মীয় অনুশীলন, শিক্ষা, চাকরি, আয়, সম্পদ, health, safety, family circumstances বা marriage suitability-এর guarantee/endorsement নয়। User-supplied তথ্য ভুল, অসম্পূর্ণ, পুরোনো বা বিভ্রান্তিকর হতে পারে।
৩. Eligibility, consent ও user responsibility
প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী service ব্যবহার ও বিবাহের জন্য নিজের eligibility, প্রয়োজনীয় family/guardian consent এবং জমা দেওয়া তথ্যের lawful use-এর দায়িত্ব user-এর। False identity, harassment, fraud, scraping, automated abuse, unauthorized data collection, unlawful proposal এবং deceptive money request নিষিদ্ধ।
৪. Biodata ও third-party information
ব্যবহারকারী নিজের জমা দেওয়া text, photo, document, phone, email, family information, declaration এবং অন্য content-এর যথার্থতা ও ব্যবহারের অধিকার সম্পর্কে নিজে দায়ী। অন্য ব্যক্তির ছবি/তথ্য দিলে প্রয়োজনীয় consent ও authority নেওয়ার দায়িত্ব uploadকারী user-এর।
৫. Independent verification প্রয়োজন
যোগাযোগ, সাক্ষাৎ, gift/financial dealing, engagement বা marriage-এর আগে identity, age, marital status, family, education, employment, income, address এবং গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দাবি স্বাধীনভাবে যাচাই করুন। Jannater Sathi review পূর্ণ background check নয়।
৬. Favorite ও view statistics
Favorite/Shortlist একটি saving feature, proposal বা consent নয়। Dashboard-এর “আপনার বায়োডাটা পছন্দের তালিকাভুক্ত হয়েছে” count distinct account-এর ভিত্তিতে হতে পারে। Profile view statistic-এ নিজের view বাদ দেওয়া হয় এবং একই viewer account থেকে একই biodata-এর জন্য ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সর্বোচ্চ একটি view count করা হয়। এই statistics technical usage indicators; এগুলো marriage interest বা suitability-এর guarantee নয়।
৭. Contact ও offline interaction
Call, message, social-media contact, in-person meeting, travel, location sharing, family discussion, gift এবং অন্য offline interaction সংশ্লিষ্ট পক্ষের নিজস্ব discretion ও risk-এ হয়। অন্য user-এর conduct, promise, fraud, harassment, safety বা relationship outcome প্ল্যাটফর্ম নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে না।
৮. Payment, connection ও digital benefit
Package, connection, price, validity, coupon, discount এবং payable amount সংশ্লিষ্ট purchase screen-এর নিয়ম অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য। Connection controlled contact access-এর digital entitlement; এটি match, response বা marriage নিশ্চিত করে না। Valid provider confirmation ছাড়া payment সফল ধরা নাও হতে পারে। Refund Refund Policy অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে।
৯. Biodata/account deletion ও reason declaration
Deletion-এর কারণ সত্যভাবে নির্বাচন করতে হবে। Available reason হলো: “জান্নাতের সাথী’র মাধ্যমে বিয়ে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে”, “পারিবারিকভাবে বিয়ে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে”, অথবা “বর্তমানে বিয়ের জন্য আর আগ্রহী নই”। Self-deletion-এ প্রথম reason নির্বাচন করলে অপর পক্ষের registered mobile-এ OTP verification লাগতে পারে। Admin deletion-এ authorized admin অপর পক্ষের phone/email/biodata number দিয়ে platform account identify করতে পারেন। False reporting, unauthorized identity use বা deceptive OTP collection নিষিদ্ধ।
১০. Successful-marriage count ও retained audit data
“জান্নাতের সাথী’র মাধ্যমে বিয়ে” হিসেবে যথাযথভাবে record হওয়া একই platform account pair একবারই Total Successful Marriages-এ গণনা করা হবে; Home page ও Admin dashboard-এর counter এই verified record-এর উপর ভিত্তি করতে পারে। এই count কোনো marriage-এর legal validity, quality বা future outcome-এর guarantee নয়। Duplicate prevention, audit ও administration-এর জন্য pair/account identifiers এবং সীমিত verification record রাখা হতে পারে।
১১. Delete Archive ও limited retention
Admin স্থায়ীভাবে account/biodata delete করলে operational data মুছে যেতে পারে, তবে administrative/security/audit purpose-এর জন্য limited common snapshot Delete Archive-এ রাখা হতে পারে—যেমন name, email, mobile, biodata no/type, marital status, age/birth data, location, education, profession, economic status এবং প্রয়োজনীয় guardian/contact information। Jannater Sathi marriage হিসেবে record হলে উভয় পক্ষের common snapshot থাকতে পারে। Retention Privacy Policy ও applicable law-এর অধীন।
১২. Third-party service
SMS, email, hosting, analytics, cloud, Google Play, bank, mobile-financial service বা payment gateway independent provider দ্বারা পরিচালিত হতে পারে। তাদের availability, downtime, delay, settlement, reversal, security incident, pricing, policy বা failure আমাদের সরাসরি নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে হতে পারে।
১৩. Account restriction ও content removal
Security risk, policy violation, impersonation, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, harassment, false information, legal request বা platform protection-এর প্রয়োজনে account, biodata, content বা feature review, limit, suspend, reject বা remove করা হতে পারে, যেখানে applicable law অন্য কিছু বাধ্যতামূলক করে না।
১৪. Service availability
Service “as available” ভিত্তিতে দেওয়া হয়। Maintenance, hosting issue, network failure, cyber incident, third-party outage, update বা অন্য কারণে interruption হতে পারে। Continuous, error-free বা always-available service-এর guarantee নেই।
১৫. দায়সীমা
Applicable law-এ সর্বোচ্চ অনুমোদিত সীমায় Jannater Sathi, এর owners, administrators, personnel ও service providers user-supplied misinformation, user conduct, private/offline interaction, fraud by another user, marriage decision/outcome, lost opportunity, data loss, indirect/incidental/consequential loss, third-party failure বা user-এর নিজস্ব decision-এর জন্য দায় গ্রহণ করে না। আইনগতভাবে বাদ/সীমিত করা যায় না এমন rights/liabilities অক্ষুণ্ণ থাকবে।
১৬. পরিবর্তন
Service, security, payment flow, law বা operational প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী এই Terms update হতে পারে। Updated version প্রকাশের পর service ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে নতুন Terms প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে, যেখানে law ভিন্ন notice/consent বাধ্যতামূলক করে না।
